Update a JavaScript library to include jsdoc3 comments

I'm the author of an open source JavaScript game framework. There are 90 files in total. Each file needs jsdoc3 blocks adding to every function and property. I don't expect you to write the actual documentation, I will do that, but I do need the files to have all the correct jsdoc comments already in there so I can go through and insert the copy. The library is on github. You'd need to do the work in your own fork and issue me pull request when complete.
