Unlock Moodle Admin password

I have managed to lose my Moodle Admin password. I have tried getting it emailed but Moodle errors and suggests this is because SMTP server not working or set up.

I'm not that technical so don't want to blunder around on the server bit hope someone else out there is! Hopefully a quick job but possibly lots more work here as we ramp up our Moodle offer.
