Unhack my website - security help please

Experience Level: Intermediate
My blog/website has been hacked, I managed to get rid of the Pharmaceutical ad, and the website host has got rid of files, but it still appears when my site is googled. Basically my site has been hijacked on the google listings.

Can anyone help?
