Umbraco Web Site in ASP.NET and c#

Our client has provided us with an simple design which we require umbraco master pages and css. We require two other designs with master pages and css. We need to integrate MegaMenus into Umbraco allowing users to add items to the sub menus. We require that the user can add metadata on the master page and each individual page for SEO. We need to integrate with some exisitng controls and merge the logon process to an exisiting logon process. There are 17 existing controls which will require styling. The web site should be WAI AA standard.
