Umbraco specialist

We sell e-learning courses and also hold workshops for clients.
We need a good forms generator for our Umbraco site that can handle this. That means being able to create an event in the webpage. People can then sign up for the event and get an auto mail. We should also get a mail for every sign up. On the website there is a list of all events and a similar list with all e-learning courses for sale. People should be able to 'read more' and 'buy/book'. It needs to be easy and look nice. We have a forms generator now, but it is not so pretty or easy to use.
Maybe integration with one of the standard forms generators like CoffeCup Web Forms Builder and similar is the way to go.

The project might consist of 1-2 extra features:
1. eCommerce solution
2. Connection to our Learning Management System via API, that will generate the user and give access to the purchased course

The 2 extra features are not a 'must have' at this point and maybe it is too difficult to give a Price for.

There might also be need of other updating functions of our website such as a auto shift gallery on the front page, update to new Umbraco version etc. But at first I would like an offer for a nice forms functionality.
