UK only B2B mail order catalogue template Re-Design / Refresh project

We are redesigning our catalogue to a tight deadline and we need:
1. Ideas / mock ups to make products on the page stand out more.
2. A new page template / colours etc to give more space for product but also to show other categories in the catalogue.
3. A format for a hero product area for every pair of pages.
4. Creation of an Intro page for each section with brief section header range detaisl, an offer and possibly something else to make stand out.
5. To improve / bring upto date our covers and inners to ensure catalogue not just discarded by the customer when received by post (create intrigue or show relevance to them and get opened).

We have an online / digital version of the catalogue at www.esedirect.co.uk for ideas and the 'About Us' is comprehensive about ESE and our principals etc.

Ideally we would like a 'local' person for face to face meetings as well as we have a number of other projects planned for next year (both printed and web based).
If you have B2B product selling experience that would be great.

Deadlines, in all honesty we are desperate to get this done ASAP as the whole catalogue goes to print in December.
