UCAS personal statement reviews - proof reading and correction

I am looking for a proof reader who can read through UCAS personal statements and correct spelling, punctuation and grammar. They are a maximum length of 4000 charters so between 500-600 words each. I also require 3 points of advice for each statement. This can be one line and should reflect areas for improvement.

Speed and accuracy is important but we are also on a budget. Preference will be given to anyone with experience in this area.

Please bid per statement reviewed and comment as to how many you could complete in an hour. The is potential for a lot of work if everything goes to plan.
