Typing video content onto a word document

We need someone to type our a speech which was given at a conference and recorded on a video into a word document.

There is just over one hours worth of speech.

We require UK based person and that they sign a Non-disclosure agreement on the video and the content.

We require that they confirm that the transcribed content is our Intellectual property to do so as we wish without any obligation to the seller or the sellers company.

We need if possible in Mac and PC compatible formats
