Experience Level: Intermediate
Recently we had hosting with a shoddy outfit and multiple sites got hacked. I have two in mind that need fixing and I am told it's a simple case of deleting the index file the hacker has created copying the files from FTP/File Manager (cPanel) and doing a fresh install of Wordpress then re-integrating the old files. Any additional security tips would be much appreciated.
