Two Page Mock Up of Banking Website

My company is developing an IT security awareness program delivered as video based content through a CBT program. Part of the program is to illustrate how phishing sites work e.g. how targeted emails direct direct unsuspecting users to a fake banking sites to capture users names/passwords.

The requirement is for the design of a single page representing a fake bank site (basic logo, watermarked as a fake) and a second popup dialogue box that simulates the logon screen that captures logon credentials. The design cannot look too similar to any actual bank or financial institution.

This is to be used as an animated graphic insert to video footage which has already been produced.

If successfully chosen, this will lead to other similar work simulating a variety of other animations such as SMS based messages on smart phones etc.
