Two css pages

Hello, I previously uploaded this job as "CSS page template x2", however there seemed to be some confusion over exactly what was needed.
I just need two CSS built pages that follow the same model as http://www.haseltineprimary.co.uk/, please visit to see level required.
For the last job post, I received a lot of proposals using templates from template sites- I have no problem with these being used but the end result must have the same functionality as the website mentioned above.

I have supplied a pdf for each page and can supply vector based icons for you to use, if required. The layout/look can be adjusted if necessary. Lorem text can be used for the main copy of the page, but please stick to the menu headings and titles used on the pdfs.

Depending on my scheduling, there is potentially more work to come from this, but initially I would just like quotes for x2 pages.

IMPORTANT: These pages will need to work across desktop, tablet and mobile so please bear this in mind when writing code.

Along with costs please give an indication of your expected turnaround.
