Needs to be able to search for any @username on Twitter and every time @username is mentioned in someones post then an email notifying this needs to be sent to a specific email address.
The email sent out should contain the tweet that had the mention only and perhaps a GMT time and date with options to reply, retweet or favourite.
A non cluttered email is required so it looks clean and simple. However, the emails sent out should be easily customizable to brand from the admin (me) end - this is not essential but would be useful.
An easy admin area would be helpful and an unlimited amount of subscriptions can be made.
Perhaps, a site like MentionNotifier where a user can simply set up their own search string instantly.
