We need someone who is capable of following:

Twitter

Design a custom Twitter wallpaper for our account

LinkedIn

Create a Linkedin page and use a custom design matching our Twitter account to make the page look professional.

Facebook

Again, need a custom page page built for our new business.

Email Template (HTML)

Once the above has been signed off to finish the project I will need an email template to built for emarketing campaigns using the same themes as above.
