Twitter button for my site using Twitter OAuth Api php

hi im looking to incorperate a button like the one on this site http://www.twitrcovers.com/twitter-covers/escape-from-new-york/
where it says "make this my twitter cover now and follow twitrcovers"
basically i want the same for my site which is http://www.twitterheaders.co.uk
the button needs to be on every actual post page, and take the image from that page and uploads that one.
example goto http://twitterheaders.co.uk/header/sponge-bob-square-pants-the-movie/ and it uploads that sponge bob pic ... goto http://twitterheaders.co.uk/header/michael-jackson-this-is-it/ and it uploads the michael jackson pic.

based by twitters dev site this function uses update_profile_banner.json

i believ i have the nesaceery access tokens etc can anyone help.

as say need that exact function to to upload image on that page as header and then to follow me and maybe tweet saying check out this site etc thanks


just to add only looking to spend in all about £20-£30 im not sure of the process if be long for this etc so can discuss etc thanks
