Twitter API (Scraper) development on 1 page only (design work is completed) Wordpress

Single page work, built on Wordpress. Full web design work has been finished, but it needs putting on (I have the full designs in an illustrator file). I have a Wootheme Canvas framework loaded.

The key aim of this job is that I need someone to develop a Twitter Scraper on the homepage. It will be in a boxed layout (box designs are done), a bit like http://fookinlegend.thisisdare.com/ for example (scroll down a bit and ignore all the FB bits). The Scraper is the focus of the homepage. It will pull tweets automatically from only one @ account that I own on Twitter (so no hashtags or multi accounts, or users signing into their accounts on the site).

Key elements

• RT button in the box, which directs them to Twitter so they can RT. (design is done)
• User link in the box, so users can go directly to the users account on Twitter. (design is done)
• The posts need to display in date order and need to automatically adjust if I delete a post.
• The Tweet pic image must be pulled into boxes and displayed automatically. Also ability to increase the size by clicking on it. If possible, I would like to have a default image shown in the box, if no image has been posted with the tweet on Twitter. (I have the image)
• The homepage needs to be on an infinite scroll
• *Very important*: I must have the ability to edit and delete pulled tweets in Wordpress, as I only want to display specific tweets I post.

I would like the five links/menu on the homepage working (putting a link in the Facebook and Twitter box, to direct them) and the about page to link to a blank about/terms page (standard theme menu). The website is only made up of an about, terms and home page.

I need the design looking good on all browsers and across different size screens/monitors.

Full source code ownership (IP rights), resale rights must be given. Also, ability to change the Twitter account the Tweets pull from (can be just in the code, I just need the location). The work must comply with Twitter API and Wordpress rules and should not be affected by Wordpress updates.

Please tell me how long it will take, as I would like it finished in the next few days. As soon as I accept your proposal I will give you the logins etc.
