beandlead is a corporation built by and around Gilles Dufour that provides coaching and training services to big companies.


Architecture:
The target architecture is flat: the main page directs to every other. There are 3 types of content:

The finance and banking institutions we target demand that we dedicate a specific branding to them: logo and website. Therefore, in addition to beandlead.com, we want to develop a website finance.beandlead.com.
However the contents of this specific website are exactly the same as for beandlead but for the “Service” part:
Executive Coaching
Team Coaching
Training
Tools

In order to minimize the maintenance requirement of the website, we want finance.beandlead.com to source the same content as beandlead.com (but for the logo and services).

Functional description:
The website should use an easy-to-use with large adoption Content Management System (such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Typo3, etc.).

The blog feed should be displayed with title & picture mandatory, with ways to filter the feed by up to 4 different categories.

Each blog post should be integrated with two-way synchronization facebook comment for Be&Lead page.

The entire website should be optimized for fast loading (css and js compression).

Responsive design for mobile display is a plus.
