Tweaking and adding to wordpress

I have been let down by my designer. I have a lot of jobs to do on my wordpress website that I want to do this weekend.
 
I appreciate that time is limited and for this reason, we have split the list of jobs attached into different sections, and we are happy for different providers to work on different sections.
 
If you are available to do some work on the site this weekend, please identify from the list the job sections, those you feel comfortable working on for completion this weekend.

1. MAKE EXISTING THEME RESPONSIVE
May be partially responsive at the moment

2. SIDE PANEL CONTENT AREA 1
Right panel area on Product pages displaying product videos and related articles from the Magazine section. (Possibly a widget?)

3. SIDE PANEL CONTENT AREA 2
Right panel area on Brand pages displaying social contact links.. (Possibly a widget?)

4. GRAVITY FORMS CODING
Felds in forms to target and populate relevant sections on pages / posts. To be done for four existing upload forms: Brands, Products, Services and Mag Articles

5. CODE EDITING
All mag article title previews to be limited to showing 3 lines, automatically adding ‘...’ (3 dots) to the shortened version

Any necessary artwork will be supplied.
 
Please detail the time you expect each job set to take and the cost.
