Turn Word doc into awesome PDF

I have created some content in Word that I want turned into an awesome document, which can be a PDF. It will be a downloadable report. I will provide my logo and you will need to
create a title page
create contents page
create fab headers and footers
add visual images that I can legally use (this document will be for sale) and this may involve you creating images or amending free images that can be used for resale
turn the actual content into something fabulous.
this is a layout / design type project.

My inspiration is the documents I've seen on Hubspot. They create beautiful, attractive documents and that's what I need.

This project will start with one document as a trial and if this works, there will be others.

What I need from you:-
Specific examples of what you've done, not a generic statement.
I'd like to see other reports or PDFs you've created.
A realistic timescale of when this could be completed.
