Turn Power Point Presentation into HTML

I need someone to turn a Powerpoint Template i found into a HTML website.
The template has 5 pages that i actually want, not the whole 15 pages. I then need the tabs for each page put at the bottom:

and then the 5 pages i need linked to each of the tabs.

I also need a couple of alterations made to the home page, like taking parts out, and moving a few parts up and down. Nothing too major.

Once its complete i need it added to my url.

This should be a really easy job for the right person.
