Turn my two very different upper arm tattoos into a half/quarter sleeve

I currently have two tattoos, both on my upper right arm. Both are related to the Beatles. One of which is a silhouette, while the other is artistic, and now I want to work in a design (I have an example in mind) and I'd like you to find a way to make all three work together, forming a half or quarter sleeve.


Because the two I have at the moment are so different (one of which has writing) I'd like you to fill in the gaps as it were, and find a way or making them connect and blend, and I'd pay 20 pound for the design, scanned and sent to me through email or post.

I would email you pictures of my current tattoos, so you can draw them out, and then (to a rough scale) work in a new design, and use your own ideas and inspiration to link and connect them into one packed quarter sleeve.

Some examples, not necessarily of tattoos would be great, just so i can get an idea of your style.
