Turn 15 blog articles into an e-book

I have a blog about adventure cycle touring and I want to put together an ebook to sell of some of the content (about 15 related articles). I need organise this into an ebook format, write any additional filler content, create a table of contents, etc. I am not looking to create a definitive guide, just a succint run down of useful information that I have collected as something to sell on my blog and promote myself. The work will include advising me on what should go into the ebook, anything more that need writing, laying it out, creating the ebook.
