Kind of development: Customization of existing theme

Description of requirements/features: I'm just after a slight tweak to a Tumblr blog theme. My blog is here - http://healthiayou.tumblr.com/. And all I need is for the logo to stay centralised on the homepage (i.e. move left to right depending upon the browser window width). Currently its fixed in the centre.
And also for 24 pixels to be removed from the top of the Search/Twitter sidebar.
