English to Urdu translation and recording of technical presentation

Translation and recording
Hello,

We require translation of a powerpoint presentation, plus high-quality audio recording of the same presentation

The estimated word-count for the presentation: 1500 words
The audio presentation is simply a spoken rendition of the 1500 word slide content

The content is moderately technical, focussed on Health and Safety in the workplace. Please see a sample below:
"Excavation
Work that involves a man-made cut, cavity, trench, or depression in the earth’s surface formed by earth removal cannot proceed unless:
1. The excavation certificate is prepared and approved, complete with all the associated documentation.
2. All underground hazards, including pipelines, electric cables, etc., have been identified, located and if necessary, isolated."

Please be aware that we will be working with two proof-readers for the translations, if you are uncomfortable completing revisions based on proof-reader corrections, please do not apply. An outline of the workflow is below:
1. You author the first draft of the translation
2. A proof-reader provides corrections and makes changes for version 2
3. A second proof-reader provides corrections and makes changes for final version
4. You use the final version to complete the audio recording
5. Proof-reader 1 checks the audio for corrections
6. You apply any corrections to the recording
7. Proof-reader 2 checks the audio for corrections
8. You apply any corrections to the recording
9. Job done
