Transition from Sage Instant Accounts to Xero

We're a small independent wholesalers and e-commerce retailers and are in the process of switching our accounts from Sage Instant Accounts over to Xero. The accounts in Sage are updated and we need help with transitioning over to Xero. As of April 2012, we have started entering receivable and payable invoices and have set up the automatic import of PayPal transactions.

We used the trial balance from Sage to update the conversion balances in Xero. However, we need help tidying things up and making sure the figures tally up properly so that we're ready for filing VAT returns.
