Transfer / upgrade expert wanted for hosting transfer/upgrade (moodle/concrete5)

Hi I want someone to support my transfer of hosting - support it.

Moving hosting useful knowledge:
Transfer/ upgrading applications experience - concrete5 / moodle (not essential) / wordpress (optional)

Technical knowledge: hosting admin /web support / Linux /php / cms in general. Configuration experience / ability to understand /research compatibilities of server / php/ apps/ etc.

1) Perfect English a must
2) Previous experience and references please
3) Must be knowledgeable and experienced in Role : Transfer of hosting accounts /supporting hosting.
