Transfer site to asp.net cms

I have a website for a restaurant that is running on a N2 MVC.Net CMS. There is also a separate Blog Engine.Net blog, and a basic ecommerce page (3 products and a simple google checkout button).
I want to bring everything together into a single CMS (asp.net , not MVC), with a proper ecommerce basket and checkout (but still using Google Checkout for payment).
I’ve had a look at the options and Dot Net Nuke is my current preference, but I will listen to other suggestions if you can make a case for something else. It needs to accommodate static pages that have certain editable areas, as well as templates for completely new pages as we need them.
There are no design changes, it is a simple case of moving the current design to a new cms.
At the moment the current website comprises of these pages:
Home – Static design, several editable areas, and a newsletter sign up form (sign ups must be recorded in the cms)
Shop – Currently just 3 products , but will need to be able to add new products from the cms. The checkout process will need to record the users billing and shipping address and go through to Google Checkout for payment.
Menu – static page with central editable area
Locations – Details the locations of 2 branches, each clicks through to a page with more details
Contact page – Includes an email form.
