Transfer of 20,000 mySQL database entries to another mySQL table.

Intro: Over a year ago I set up a joomla website, where people could add comments to an article (jcomments plug in). However, this data, 20,000 comments, can't really be searched. Each comment needs to be converted into a article.

The easiest way, I think, is to copy all the entries from the jcomments table in the mySQl database, to the articles table is the database.

In addition to moving Comment > Article Body, these table columns will need to be copied too:
From:

Name > Article title
Time Date Stamp > article 'alias'
Published (0 or 1) > Published (0 or 1)

I have tried but failed.

I would really like the person to show me (over skype) how to do this as well as complete the work.

I have all the passwords.
