Transfer data from online database to Excel spreadsheet

Transfer data from an online database to an Excel spreadsheet template.
Note, you are not able to copy and paste, but the majority of columns require either a "1" or "0" to be entered.
Volume of data: For each country which uses banknotes, banknote information per denomination is required. For example, Great Britain has 4 banknotes (£5, £10, £20 and £50), and therefore 4 rows of data will be added to the spreadsheet. There are approximately 200 countries. Estimation of around 1,300 rows of data on completion.
