Transfer ASP forum data to PHP forum

I would like to convert my asp windows hosted forum (Snitz) to a php linux hosted forum (myBB). As there is no standard conversion script available this will involve copying the data from the original forum mssql tables to the new forum mysql tables in the correct format and then filling in any gaps.

The forum would be on a subdomain and a wordpress blog will be used on the main website.

Depending on costs, I would also like a small amount of customisation so that the forum and blog have the same look and feel. This work is not essential but the forum transfer is.

I have a site that can be used as a test site to make sure that the transfer works before doing the real switch over. I would like the live version to be moved in a short time period (a few hours) to avoid taking the forum down for too long.

I am looking for someone who is in London or Kent as we may need to be in close contact to discuss some details (not essential but desirable).
