Transcription of about 5 hours of interviews

I've got about 5 hours of video interviews. I've extracted the audio and need a transcript of these interviews. Apart from text, I need approximate timings of phrases. I.e. I need timestamp information in the text file added every 30-60 seconds. This information is necessary for video editing, when making decisions about the phrases that should make it into the final cut.
Preferably, you should have done this type of work before.
