Transcribe some hand written notes into a typed computer document

The last two pages are already typed so this Job only goes up to page 18

It's a very high quality scan so it may take a bit to load. It'll probably look fuzzy for a bit.
*My handwriting is far from perfect so I'd suggest looking over the document before accepting the job.

A few requirements:
The document must be easy to read. I highly recommend the use of structuring tools such as bullets and indentations.

I'd much prefer the file format to be .doc but a .pdf is acceptable as well.

I doubt I have to say this, but a strong understanding of the English language is a must.
