Transcribe 34-minute MP3 audio interview onto a text document

I have a 34-minute audio version (MP3 format, 8.1mb) of a press interview between two people that I need to be converted to text for editing and publication in a trade magazine. This job requires you to listen to the audio and accurately transcribe the conversation into a text document (MS Word or similar). Excellent English and spelling is a must, as is common sense to ignore "umms" and "arrs" or edit on-the-fly if one of the participants corrects themselves. Quite quick turnaround required for this job, ideally 48 hours or so.
