Training programme for sales force for new product launch

i am running a 2 hour training course for sales and account managers of a new service. Currently staff sell Document Storage and we are now launching a confidential paper shredding and recycling service. They will be selling to existing customers via the same buyer. I need to give complete product information, how service is sold to customers what service entails etc prices. Need to make them aware of competitors. provide them with all the back up info they will need to go away from course and be confident that they know enough to give customer total confidence.
