Town infographic image - with naieve artwork quality

I suspect I've inadvertently misled you all by using the word infographic.. I'm not after a standard infographic format but more the concept that it encompasses different elements in a pictogram style. Apologies for not expressing this idea more clearly. I have now posted a link providing a nod towards the sort of thing I'm after - but even this is more formal than I'm hoping for.
Here's my original brief to be mediated by the comment above:
City / town artwork of localised attractions in an 'infographic'. I can provide information and some photographic inspiration for you to base the art work upon as it needs to be partly factual. e.g. my home town is a fishing port but is widely visited by tourists in the holiday season.. it has a railway.. large container ships and a lighthouse.... I'm looking for an illustrator who can incorporate these items as naieve imagery in the town name outline. I'll try to find a hyperlink with some other examples. I anticipate the artwork might be originally hand drawn but I would need to receive it as high resolution files.
Start: by negotiation but preferably complete by mid October at the latest. I'd like to commission one initially and if it matches the quality,style and feel I'm after, there will be more.

This is the kind of style I'd like created but less rigid in it's format and more freehand... but open to your interpretations.
