c. We want a prominent 'Call to action' box where a proopect can fill in their details so we can contact them . The website will need to prominently on each page encourage potential customers to make contact for more information by phone and email

d. The site must be built with a distinct SEO strategy which we can manipulate ourselves after completition by you (we will have a lot of input into this and we have inhouse link / blog team.)

e. We need to incorporate Social Media (FB, Twitter, LinkedIn etc on the site)

f. We will supply all our own content
g The ability for us to change the site easily is paramount (move content to subpages / create landing pages/ erase content and change,
h needs a cms system
I needs to be bespoke and not an off the rack Wordpress solution

3. Technical:
**** Needs to be a bespoke website we receive*** NOT ANYTHING ELSE we will want input in design. Can pass over logos colours etc to you.

a. We wish to maintain control over ownership & general maintenance and ease of management is important to us
b. The website will need to be available on all main browsers including mobile and size according;y
c. Video needs to be incorporated on the home page and on the blogging page
