To develop a e-commercce store on Magento platform

Dear Professional,

I need to develop, redesign and install an online store based on the http://meigeeteam.com/templates/independent/ tempalte and Magento platform.

Additionally we'd need a trade / wholesalers login, paypal & sagepay set up, the most effective SEO extension installation, full users manual and further consultations together with 1 year warranty service.

We are talking about very small shop, with around 50 products, but it has to be very 'sharp', manageable, compatible and future proof.

If any additional info is required for quotation please ask.
Otherwise would appreciate an all inclusive price for the service together with a list of what is required from me (i.e. access to hosting cp, purchased theme, access to paypal acc etc.) to start the job.

Would be looking at the best proportions of service quality and price.
