To convert a PDF (170 pages) to an e-book compatible with iPhone and iPad.

I have a PDF with text and graphics of about 170 pages. The document has to be converted to an eBook for an iPad. Please provide an option to have it converted to a PC, Kindle and any other Smart Phone platform.

It is important to keep the layout, fonts, tables and graphics. In other words, the eBook must look exactly like the PDF. Text must be justified exactly the way it is in the original document.

The users will be reading it via iBooks on their iPads. They must be able to use the Search Function and the Notes Function with the new converted eBook.
