Tidy up some HTML / JavaScript / CSS for a popup from an image.

The job is to tidy up some HTML / JavaScript / CSS for a popup from an image on www.br.klbdkosher.org :
o Align the small world map at the top of the page be on the left with the search bar.
o Remove the dots under the small map.
o Remove the space in the middle of the pop up window that comes from the small map.

Do let me know if you could do this:
o First let me know if you can tidy it up.
o If you can do it let me know how long you estimate it would take.
o And your hourly rate.
