Tidy up our SAGE sytem

Tidy up our SAGE sytem, check entries and help with a VAT issue (due to incorrect use of T9 codes). Check our SAGE set up is correct for export etc.

We are a small fashion business who use only the absolute basics of SAGE and only since June '11.
A VAT inspection yesterday showed up that our Tcodes were incorrect for outside EU export and other zero rated suplies. We had been told to use T9 but should have used T0) As T9 is not recognised on the VAT return we need t have an experienced book keeper come in and go through the T codes for the last 4 returns.
Our accountant has a freelance but she is unavailable for the next 2 weeks and we have to do this urgently as 1; we are due a refund and 2; it is something that needs to be resolved as soon as possible within the 2 eek deadline given.
The inspector has no problem with our figures ...but we need to list out the codes and values for him.

We also need you to go through our system to make sure everything is correct and that we are doing the corect things.

I would envisage and ongoing freelance position of 1 day every 2 or 3 weeks to keep things up to date and organised plus TO use the moRe advnaced fetruresof SAGE.
