Three basic banners to be created from visual for website homepage

I have three images that I need turned in to banners and then emailed to me, very easy and should not take anyone with the right software too long at all. I need them to:

Add a gradient to the image (possibly with some background image if it makes it look smarter)
Add curved corners to the three banners
Resize to pixel dimentions of 748 x 358
Add the words 'handmade ties for men' in Zapfino font
Add the company logo to banner

Very simple stuff for someone who knows what they are doing.

I have the images ready to be sent over but I want someone who can make the banners look smart and professional and I will be needign some design work done over the next few weeks for business cards and leaflets.
