Themeforest.com Responsive Wordpress Theme Customization/Redesign/Manipulation

A themeforest.com theme needs to be redesigned/manipulated so that it is more fashionable. One of the pages also needs to be redesigned so that it can function as a landing page (with an explainer video as the focus-video to be created by another contractor following the customization of this theme) until the site is ready to go live.
