I run a popular cocktail website:

We have over 2500 cocktails on the database, but a lot of the method text on the cocktails need cleaning up, both grammatically, contextually and spelling wise. A basic idea of cocktail mixing would be a bonus, but not necessary.
There is around 300-500 cocktails to edit.
I'll provide the cocktails in CSV / XL format, and ask you to edit from there and send back when done. I'll offer some examples and basic instructions to start with to ensure you understand exactly what needs doing.
