Testing installation and functionality of a new web based system

We have had a system developed that will be running on our server. It is made using PHP and MySQL.

The system has the option to have customer installations (customers being companies) and there is a central admin module to control license activations.

This project is for testing the customer installation functionality (which should be very quick and without errors), testing the functionality of each step in system functionality (the system has only got 6 screens) and testing the interaction between the customer installations and the head office module are working well.

As we had a third party make the software I would also appreciate a quick check to see if there are no links bringing data in or out from outside the installation.

You would list any issues and help to instruct the original developer to make corrections where needed.

We hope to get a good relationship going via this project as we are now sending our sales team out and future regular installations as a result of sales could be up for grabs if the relationship after this project works well.

Please note that not all the work needs to be done on-site, but a local meeting in Central / East London, Essex or Hertfordshire would be expected prior to starting.
