Terms & conditions template.

PDF Document for tiding up. I have a terms and conditions template that I use for my business and can provide it as an example of what I need. Basically I'd just like someone with the adobe programs necessary to make a couple of changes to the document which will allow me to use the corrected version as a template. I'm no expert but this job should take all of ten minutes for a person with the correct programs on the computer.
