Terms and Conditions written x 2

Hi there, I have 2 small businesses and urgently need some Ts & Cs written, to put on the website and send to clients with invoices.

One organisation is a Travel Agency and Tour Operator specialising in ski holidays where client purchase their ski course together with travel and accommodation. I am the booking "agent" so I always put on my invoices that their booking is bound by the terms and conditions of the supplier (e.g. the ski instructor). However, I also need a set of my own Ts & Cs for the Public Liability application! I suspect this will be two to three pages.

The second organisation is an online store so just needs very simply Ts & Cs written to cover refunds for faulty goods, goods not arriving etc etc.
