Terms and Conditions for website

I am opening a multi vendor website for craft sellers. The site will act like a community but each seller will have their own page for selling their products (like etsy.com or folksy.co.uk or makesellbuy.com and many others). The sellers pay me a minimal monthly fee for listing their products on the site, there is no further fee payable (no commission)

I want to provide a site that is safe for my sellers and buyers and where the sellers don't have to worry about getting their own terms and conditions set.

I therefore need a set of T&C's between me (the site owner) and the sellers. And then a further set between the sellers and their buyers covering distance selling regs etc. I also need to know whether the standard privacy policy (which I have on my current temporary website) is adequate as I move forward to the better site.

I have one quote from outside the PPH site, but can't find anyone else to tender to compare it to!

I am hoping that the site will be up and running in a couple of weeks time, so need something quite quickly. it's currently being built.
