Template Monster Website Changes

Looking for someone to make changes to this Flash template, it should be no more than a mornings work for someone who knows what they are doing: http://www.templatemonster.com/flash-templates/36112.html

Change images, background color, tabs and main body text, add GA and SM tracking code, turn off the music, remove some active links, change logo and some css layout elements.
