Template made for brochures

Design details: Hello

I have already got two brochures that have been designed for me, I just need them in a format that I can edit them. I did have them saved as an idml file but for some reason my Indesign (most current) won't open them.

I need someone to be able to take my brochures and create templates for them. I have no idea how difficult/easy this would be. I have creative cloud so need to be able to edit them on Adobe software (I'm not a pro, so hence needing someone to cut out some leg work and create the templates).

I need this done ASAP.

I've attached one of the brochures (the biggest) for you to look at.

Let me know how much you can do this for and how quick and also, if after looking at the brochure you have any bright ideas to improve the brochure then let me know.
