Television production

I propose to launch a tapeless pre-recorded digital platform to include satellite digital TV, IPTV and mobile TV showcasing luxury brands and lifestyles from the UK and UAE countries.The channel will target the affluent and discerning consumer and will air 24/7 with a compilation of selected programmes aired over the weekend.Production will be based in the UK and Abu Dhabi where it will playout from.The reach of the channel will be from North Africa across the whole of the Middle East and the west coast of India.This is not a shopping channel.
I am looking for a highly motivated, resourceful and experienced person to help me compile the following information with first and foremost the scheduling of the content, production costings and delivery of the channel via IPTV and mobile.
