Telesales Script / Staff Training

As a professional mobile disc jockey I spend a great deal of my time out of the office meeting clients and visiting venues. While I am away from the office I have my calls diverted to a call answering service to allow my customers to speak to a human rather than an answer phone.

The majority of the calls I receive tend to be requests for quotations. Ideally my team of virtual assistants would be able to give my clients the information they require but through lack of a script or training they seem get flustered, lose confidence or lack the knowledge to give a professional response.

I believe I have a very simple pricing structure and list the benefits of my service clearly, but obviously there's something I've failed to communicate to my team as they just don't deliver the slick professional experience I seek to offer my clients.
